With ownership at Punta Mita, you qualify for membership in the exclusive Club Punta Mita. Membership is a refundable $75,000 USD, which affords you access to the full Club amenities of Punta Mita, including two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, the Punta Mita Residents’ Beach Club, Punta Mita Tennis Club, plus the planned Yacht Pier, Equestrian Center, and additional planned community Beach Clubs*.
For Members of Club Punta Mita, annual dues are considered a part of the property owner’s annual assessment fees. Members may sponsor both accompanied and unaccompanied guests, subject to certain restrictions.

Punta Mita Beach Clubs

The Residents' Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Members and their guests. This Beach Club offers an oceanfront swimming pool, children’s pool and playground, beachfront massage services, shower facilities, and a full-service dining area. It faces the Pacific Ocean, with a view to the famed “Tail of the Whale” island green of the Pacifico golf course.

Punta Mita Tennis Club

The Tennis Club offers four courts -including two omni-court surface courts - lighted for night play, plus a pro shop, towel bar, and professional instruction.

Punta Club de Golf

The Punta Mita Club de Golf offers play on the renowned Pacifico and recently unveiled Bahia Jack Nicklaus Signature Courses, plus the use of the related practice facilities, clubhouse, locker rooms, and golf pro shop.
