Las Cañadas is an enclave of private hillside homes set in a spectacular natural environment on the Careyeros mountainside of Punta Mita. Each large Las Cañadas site boasts panoramic views across the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses out to the crystal blue Pacific, in a majestic wooded setting like no other on the peninsula.

Each of these oversized, view homesites are unique in terms of location, size, vistas and privacy. The homes, or “casitas” to be constructed on these sites will be 4-bedroom configurations in an innovative layout designed to maximize views from living areas. Selected 3-bedroom residences are also available.
Your home in Las Cañadas is actually a collection of “casitas”, defined by your lifestyle. The main house is a gathering place for family and friends, while a separate Master Suite and Garden suites provide intimate areas to retreat to. The Tower consists of two additional bedrooms, or, convert one into a Library, Media Room or whatever your dreams define for you.

Architectural colors will be derived from nature’s perfect palette. Each casita will be finished with a high level of finish and fixtures. These include tropical wood doors, stone floors, Venetian-style tiled pools, granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry and quality brand name kitchen appliances (please refer to “General Building Specifications” and the “Furniture and Equipment” exhibits in the Purchase Agreement for details).
Optional upgrades, furnishing and finishing packages will also be made available to Las Cañadas owners.
